Can you filter the indicator and serial chart based on feature selections on the map?

Hi all,

Currently I have a bunch of indicator and serial chart widgets which filter the data through Map Actions/When Map Extent Changes. What I need, in addition, is for the my indicator and serial charts to only show information of the features I select in the map. 

I want something similar to Actions/When Selection Changes found in Serial Charts. Where by selecting a feature in the serial chart it causes other widgets to only show the information related to the selected. 

Is there a way for my widgets to only show information related to the feature I select in the map?

Yes, you can filter Indicator and Serial Chart elements when features are selected in the map. You simply set an Action on an operational layer in the Map element.

Configure actions on dashboard elements—Operations Dashboard for ArcGIS | ArcGIS 

When configuring the Map element, select the Layer Actions tab.
