Nested / Multi-level Pie Charts in Dashboard

There needs to be a chart option in dashboard to create a nested Pie chart, this type of chart has been requested of me by command staff several times. This is something that PowerBI, Tableau and excel can do so it would be great if this can be added by ESRI to the dashboards, so my content doesn’t start getting taken from me to be done by other Applications.

I'm needing this right now on a dashboard for the police. The bar chart widget has a split by field function would be nice if the pie chart did too.
