This idea has been discussed in ArcGIS Dashboards Questions. I'm hoping it will receive attention in this Ideas forum.
Within a serial chart, we would like to display a dynamic guide in the form of a line above data bars. In our case, the line would represent maximum capacity values changing over time and the bars would represent recorded volumes over the same period. At present, it appears that only a static value can be applied to create a straight guideline.
