It seems like such an easy win to enable user account and organisational details to be live inputs for dashboards.
This would allow us to create dashboards showing which users were sat on which licences at any one time or produced the most content, used the most credits and break this information down by categories and groups etc. to present to non-GIS power users who aren't necessarily familiar with ESRI portals. It's really just standard business metric info that;s just sat there not being utilised!
I appreciate all this information can be exported and reuploaded as a hosted table via a scheduled python script, but when the information is sat their live in the AGOL portal that seems a very clunky (and immediately out of date) way of doing things.
Hopefully it isn't too outrageous to think this might be possible
