Ability to create or add bubble charts to Dashboards

Would like to be able to either have an out-of-the-box chart option for a bubble chart element, or have an advanced formatted (arcade) option to create customized charts similar to the image below. More visualization options beyond the basic bar charts and pie charts would help continue to compete with other visualization applications and allow for more flexibility when developing visualizations.
