Enable an action to preview sample reports in Power Automate. Sample reports are available through through the Survey123 web app. This would be helpful for troubleshooting and configuring report automation flows without consuming credits.
Yes, I can and do configure and test the report template before configuring the automation. The main use case that I have is for training. I am often creating the surveys, reports, and automation for other users. I work with them throughout the process to ensure that their needs are met, however, I work with a lot of users who are not well versed in tech, so we often go through a training period. The first question on many of my surveys is "Is this actual or practice data?" During training sessions, users submit 'practice' data, without using credits there is no way to complete the automation so the user can experience the entire process. If sample reports were available, I could configure a condition so that 'practice' data is routed through the sample report and the automation can complete instead of terminating.
