Has anyone looked deeply into the American Community Survey (ACS) data Margin of Error (MOE) or the Esri Reliability Index in comparison to the population represented. In Community Analyst I ran the Covid Planning Infographic template for a County, I will probably be asked to run it for townships. I was hoping to develop a guideline to say, if your population is under 5,000 the data isn't useful because the error is so great. I know each of the parameters in the template would have an individual MOE or Index number, but I also can't figure out how to find the MOE or index per township or city. Has anyone else had to dig into the ACS and analyzed the error and found an efficient process to figure some rough guidelines to base your analyses?
