Receiving an error while downloading a map in Collector for offline use on Android

Hello,

I am trying to download  an area for offline use, and am getting the error in the image seen below. I am using an Android phone and have Collector 17.0.2 installed. 

I am hoping someone has seen this before or has an idea of what it may be.
