We are trying to configure our environment to access Portal 10.3.1 (on premise) through Collector or Explorer on
iOS, using a reverse proxy…with no luck so far.
The users are going to use the apps coming from outside of our network and we are using
Netscaler as a reverse proxy. We are able to access Portal using Safari but
using the Apps gives us the error :”illegal start of token [<]”.
Our reverse proxy authentication is 401. Web Adaptor is set to allow Anonymous
authentication for items shared with everyone and Windows Authentication for
Named user who needs to log in. This setup works fine in a browser.
I am curious if anyone having a similar setup would have some advice for us?
