when is the planned release of Collector App and Explorer for ArcGIS for Windows Phone?

Explorer for ArcGIS on Windows Desktop is a software project that is well underway and on schedule for release in 2015. There is no definitive release plan for Windows Phone.

Collector for Windows Phone is being considered, but there are no definitive Collector App project timelines for Windows Phone at this time.

we need to take into account that the vast majority of German public resp. governmental organization rely on Windows platforms. iOS or Android is not in place and will most probably never be. Now we see first mobile devices beeing introduced - purely Windows 8.
