I am working with collector for data collection. Feature Services are provided from  an on-Premise server installation. When I secure the feature service and access them through collector, collector is not able to upload attachments over https. Feature data are saved but attachments do not save. I get error message in collector "One Attachment failed to upload". When I disable security and pass feature service over http, it works fine. What could be the issue?

Is this error only with Android and not iOS?

And Android can sync attachments if map is offline mode?

If yes, then a known bug (surprising existed for years).

If no, some other bug?
