On urban search and rescue missions, we work in areas that have spotty cellular coverage. Incident management loves to see real-time data, but when the cellular coverage is lost we are unable to collect data. While it's possible to always run a disconnected version, I have to back out of the map to synchronize my edits. There needs to be a way for Collector to save the schema and automatically cache new features for when connectivity returns. Even if there's no basemap cached, the ability to continue collecting points would be a huge help.
