Display Map While Collecting Attributes for Collector

With Collector if you have to edit more than a few attributes, the data entry portion of the screen covers up the map in order to display them all:

It would be useful to be able to control the screen split, and then just scroll within that portion of the screen instead (similar to how an attribute table functions in ArcGIS Pro). The highlighted sections already have buttons that make your think this is possible, but it is not.
