Python Console OLE Exception Error

Good morning. 

WhenI try to open the Python console in CityEngine Vue 2010.3 (Win 64-bit), I get an OLE Exception Error.  It says cannot create the in-place editor.  I???ve attached an image of the error below.

Can someone help?

Hi !

This is the case because CityEngine VUE does not have Python Scripting. Only the CityEngine 2010.3 PRO version contains it.
