Will City Engine run on a Mac Book Pro with the following specification

15-inch MacBook Pro with Retina display 

• 2.2GHz Quad-core Intel Core i7, Turbo Boost up to 3.4GHz
• 16GB 1600MHz DDR3L SDRAM
• 256GB PCIe-based Flash Storage
• Intel Iris Pro Graphics

First and foremost:
Intel Iris Pro Graphics is not officially supported. Please refer the latest official hardware requirements:

CityEngine 2015 system requirements—Esri CityEngine | ArcGIS for Desktop

CityEngine is designed on cross platform standards to provide the customers a choice between different hardware and operating systems. This means, there is nothing fundamentally prohibiting CityEngine from running on this hardware. There might even be official support in the future.

So, if any users come across issues on this hardware, please report them here
