Whenever I select something or change settings in the complete streets rule for example, I have a 5-10 second wait before the selection or change goes through. Is this a CPU issue? I am currently running an i7-2600
David Wasserman suggested it might be CityEngine not finding the GPU? I cannot find anything in the options in CityEngine to support/change that.
