Does not ArcGIS for Personal Use include CityEngine license anymore?

Hi All,

I have just renewed my Personal license and I wanted to start using CityEngine - or at least learning how to do things with it.

I still can download and install the product from MyESRI - but when I try to log in to ArcGIS Online upon its starting phase I got an unauthorized error.

If I try creating license file CityEngine as an option doesn't come up - only ArcMap 10.

I logged a support request with ESRI AU but they are not very responsive (well its weekend here).

Any ideas?
