I just got introduced to ArcGIS CityEngine and I was wondering if this product can work together with ArcGIS Indoors to create a 3D map specific buildings within our city? Say a police officer got a call within a 10 story commercial building, I want them to get a 3D presentation of that building while giving directions to the specific floor and room number where the incident is happening in. Is this a possibility?

No, sorry, there is currently no official way to import/export data between CityEngine and Indoors.  That is an interesting use case though, so thanks for sharing.

Indoors stores information as feature service layers.  CityEngine has the ability to import feature service layers.  Technically, it would be possible to import some data into CityEngine.  However, it is highly unlikely that a model could be created in CityEngine using the data from the Indoors feature service layer because each product has different requirements.
