Hi,

I'm creating a custom data setup using data in Living Atlas, I've tried setting up as a Polygon and Geography layer however every time I run the infographic, it returns with no values.

To be specific, I am using United Kingdom, Census data 2021 at the lowest level, OA level as a polygon layer data, the Geography layer only has LSOA as the smallest therefore do not want to use this option. I am running the data within an infographic for a drivetime.

Thank you,

Nisa

Hello @NisaAkkok,

I looked at those layers from Living Atlas in UK and it looks like they don't have the required extent and spatial reference defined at the individual layer level. For example, there is nothing here for the LSOA layer:

This is what is usually expected for a layer when working with custom data:

And when that parameter is define, the infographic returns the expected custom data variables:

I looked at other Living Atlas layers in USA for example and they all show the extent and spatial reference defined.

I recommend report this to Esri UK, the content creator.
