I'm an occasional Business Analyst user. We actually had a license for it before it became included in our AGOL license. A basic functionality that would make me want to use it more is to be able to customize reports and infographics. At the very least, let us be able to change the theme, or make each theme available in a neutral color.
I would very much like to use more infographics, but if they clash with the rest of my presentation or report, I'm not going to use them.
