I want to create a publicly available mobile app based on AppStudio MapViewer template. Offline maps are required, so I have created MMPK inside ArcGIS Pro with Publisher extension (for anonymous use). After it, the MMPK was uploaded into my ArcGIS online account for organization, share for everyone. Runtime Lite license was created inside AppStudio. And finally I made a build for android app (APK). Right now, I can open my app on mobile device and can download the mmpk, but can't open it. I get a message "unlicensed feature.
Runtime Lite license is ok for viewing mobile map packages publicly, isn't it?
Hi Konstantin,
What you are doing is correct. Yes, a Lite license can view a public MMPK created with ArcGIS Pro and the Publisher extension.
I want to make sure that the MMPK has been created correctly, could you share the item id for your publically shared MMPK?
Thanks,
Chris
Hello Chris! Thanks for your quick response. I realized my mistake. It's because the raster file was included inside my MMPK. So, I transform it into TPK, and it works fine.
Great. I'm glad you got it working.
