Why Layers in Configure Editing in arcgis silverlight builder doesn't display?

Hi there,

In editing in arcgis silverlight viewer (Builder) layers doesn't appear in the select layers to edit


no layers displayed and i am enable the feature access in the map service (see the attachment for clarification )


Can you help me how to get the layers of the map service to edit
