Where I can get reference to the public service OpenStreetMap with Russian names

Dear Gurus!
I need a reference to the public service OpenStreetMap with Russian names of settlements in Russia. I now use http://services.arcgisonline.com/ArcGIS/rest/services/World_Street_Map/MapServer, but it is with English names.
Interested in where I can take links to public services (Yandex or anythink else).
