Is it's possible to use Silverlight for ArcGIS with visual studio 2012?
What I should to install to get it's work correctly?

Despite not supported for now, from my tests it's working well and it's possible to create a Silverlight map application with Visual Studio 12.

The only restriction I noticed is that there is no integration of the mapapplication  templates in the IDE. So to create a map application you have either to start from scratch or from an existing map application.

My issue was that VS2012 needs restart after the API3.0 installation, then it was possible to fetch templates from the "New Project"...Online... templates....search for Esri, and Install. Seems to work ok so far.

You are right. The VisualsStudioGallery templates have been updated to support VisualStudio 2012. So it's a good way to create new projects directly from VisualStudio 2012.

Using Visual Studio Express 2012 for Windows Desktop I went to New Project > Online > Templates > Searched for Esri, esri, ESRI, arcgis. None of the searches returned any results (no templates and no samples). This should just be due to using Express.

From this post however it sounds like Visual Studio 2012 Pro (not Express) is fully supported and the templates just need to be imported from the online templates. Is that correct? Can anyone point me to an esri page that states this (I need it verified before I can request a purchase)? I have searched for this on esri and Google but my search terms keep kicking me back to VS 2010 being supported and I can't find any mention of VS 2012 Pro.

Thanks.

Instead of searching in 'Templates', should search 'Online'. It is a separate tree category further down. I had to collapse the tree in order to find it.
