Let's say I wanted to do a GPS mapping application of a university campus, how would I even go about it with ArcGIS Map? Are there any sample applications which use the non-world maps?
What do you mean by "non world map". Are you saying the campus is out of this world? 🙂 You can publish your map to ArcGIS Server in any way you want, using any supported projection.

How would I go about publishing my map to the ArcGIS server? All I've got at the moment is a PNG of a map.
