In ArcMap, I setup a polygon layer to have a transparent fill with a green boundary, after I publish the map I see the green boundary, but it has a Black Fill.
I am using ArcGIS Server 10 with the ArcGIS SL 2.0 api.

What needs to be done for the map to show in the silverlight application. I tested the service in Arcmap and it shows correctly, but not in the SL api. It also appears the labels (also colored green for coordination) aren't showing up either. Please advise. I can attach a picture of the black filled polygons with a green border if necessary. The xaml layer isn't anything special either, just the FeatureLayer Tag with the ID and url.
