Hi,
I am working on installation/configuration of my Dev Machine, and My Server to run Silverlight api pages.

On my Dev Machine: I have

  • ArcGIS Desktop 10.0

  • ArcGIS API for Silverlight 2.4

  • MS Web Developer 2010 Express (Free Version),

  • MS Silverlight Tools for Vis Studio 2010

  • MS Silverlight

  • MS Silverlight 4 SDK

  • MS Expression Blend SDK for Silverlight 4

On my server(64bit) I have:

  • MS Server 2003

  • ArcGIS API for Silverlight 2.4

  • ArcGIS Desktop 9.3.1

I have run through the install, and can see the installed folders (Builder/Apps in the root of my wwwRoot) folder of my server.  However, when I start up the http://myserver/builder link I get an error of
%1 is not a valid Win32 application.

Is there something outside of the IIS that I should be checking for working on 2003 Server?

ArcGIS API for Silverlight doesn't install any builder.
Likely your question is related to the viewer for Silverlight. In this case, you might get better answers by posting your question on this forum :http://forums.arcgis.com/forums/211-ArcGIS-Viewer-for-Silverlight
