Server error in aspx view

I created a SL project.  I can view in browser for the .HTML but not the aspx view, I got an error message: Server Error in '/myMapApp.Web' Application
Could not load type 'System.ServiceModel.Activation.HttpModule' from assembly 'System.ServiceModel, Version=3.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b77a5c561934e089'.
I followed the procedure posted at http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/hh169179%28v=nav.70%29.aspx  and run it as admin (http://techdows.com/2012/01/windows-8-running-command-with-admin-previliages.html).  But the error is still there.  How can it be fixed?  Thanks.

Re-opened the VS as admin, the problem was gone.  Thanks.
