I had a citizen who was using our website print out what was on the screen using the printing options provided by Internet explorer. When he (and I verified it) prints this way, what comes out of the printer is oblique and rotated. Has anyone seen this before?

I showed him the export to pdf option so that is taken care of. I just thought it was wierd and if one citizen is doing it, I'm sure others will be as well.

I attached images that show what it looks like on the screen and when printed

Thanks!

As Internet Explorer strechs the page to fit in the print area, this result can be explained if the user has printed the page in Portrait while its window was closer from Landscape (or viceversa).

Yes... that is what was happening. I changed the layout to landscape and it was better. The user was used to doing it one way with the old ArcIMS site. I educated him on using the pdf export and all is well.

Thanks for all your efforts!
