Printing with Custom Attributes

Does anyone have any suggestions for printing with a map that displays a table or something that shows some attribute information of a selected item in the map?

For example, I have a parcel map and when I select a specific parcel and print it, I need to display owner, address, tax info in some sort of table on the print layout.

One option is to manage the print at client side. There is a sample here but you'll have some works to customize the Template to include your attributes.
