Printing -- tool is not assigned

Hi,

I am using ArcServer 10.1 and silverlight 4.

My print tool stopped working yesterday and gave me the error message: ERROR 000819: The tool is not assigned.  This tool has been working for months.

I created a new print task and got the same error.  I have checked and all the services are working.

Does anybody know anything about this?

I believe that the problem occured due to the low amount of RAM available.  I am increasing the RAM and hoping that will fix the problem.

Did you ever find a solution to this problem?

The addition of RAM fixed the problem.  The large increase in services that we created really impacted the memory which did not allow the print geoprocessing task to work.  It worked after adding the RAM.
