Polygon area

I am using projection 4326 ie using lat long coordinates.

I have a number of polygons and I want to compute the area of each polygon in km2 on the client side. I do not want to use the geometry service. any help?

I also want to identify if a polygon is clockwise or anti clockwise

to convert your lat/long coordinates  into UTM coordinates.

to calculate area of polygon in meter square

3) Convert this into kilometer square
