map disable under image

I am not sure it is silverlight problem or arcgis problem but i will appropriate if any one can help me..in my page i have set the map and there are background images available but my map can't move in that image area..i sent background as x:null but still in that area my map can't move..if you get time please visit www.pipelineforthefuture.org then click on pipeline project data base right side image>> login as admin admin >>map page..please try to move the map
so everywhere you will be able to move it but you will not be able to move it near image..

Please help,

We had faced the same issue once.

What we found that the size of that particular xaml ( toolbar xaml in your case) was bit big.So, when we clicked near the toolbar (we were assuming that we click on the map), click was actually made on the xaml and not on the map.

So I would suggest to check the size of your Toolbar XAML.I think it is not allowing map click due to its size.

Set IsHitTestVisible to false to your banner images or to your grids containing these images.

This should do the trick.
