Layerlist for ArcGISTiledMapserviceLayer

Hi,
I have to get the List of Layers and the List of Visible Layers of TiledMapserviceLayer as we get
for dynamicMapserviceLayer with the Property Layers

But in ArcGISTiledMapServiceLayer members the Property Layers doesn't Exist. Is it not possible to get the Layerlist for tiled Map?

Layers property has been added to ArcGISTiledMapserviceLayer in 2.0
