Issue with expression blend

I am new with the API but trying to learn. I am trying to open a web site created with the viewer in expression blend and getting an error regarding "expression blend no longer support silverlight1 sites. Use expression blend 2 or an earlier version to open a silverlight1 site" Please advice.
