Is there a way to programatically toggle sub layers with a cached/tiled map? I have seen plenty of examples of doing this with a dynamic map .. but no luck with a tiled?
The reason is that tiled layers allow you to work with a cached map service . A cached service accesses pre-created tiles from a cache instead of dynamically rendering images.
