Integrate Video with 3D map

Hi,
I would like to be able render a 3D surface with ArcGIS tools and drape a video over that surface.
Is this possible?

You can place a video on top of the map, however silverlight does not do 3D

I'm with Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Lab. I have patented technology for integrating video with a 3D map based on the actual position, heading, and scale factor of the camera. It was developed for applications like displaying a real-time video feed from a UAV on a 3d map of the location.

Can you suggest anyone there at ESRI that might be interested in this technology?
