How to load shapefile on a map ??

Hi.

I need to display a shapefile in a esri:Map, as I can do?. Search the Internet and found this:

The problem is that I work because I can not build the library that show the link. It yields a series of errors that will not let me use it.
There is some other method to load shapefiles??
