How to load bing map on load and how to switch on other layer map from bing map ?

Hi Dear,

I am new in arcgis and working on one of Arcgis silverlight application, i m stuck in some work can someone help me.
my query is i have 4 button which display the different type of map when m click but when i used the bing map on load it is not able to load when i am clicking on button its showin only bing map plz help me m waiting for reply.
it will be appreciable if someone will give me demo example with code.

Can you please explain the issue again? was hard to understand the problem.
