Hi,
I need to create an outline line in my Silverlight project.
I've tried the solution with two symbol layers, both Cartographic Line Symbol type and it looks fine, but I cannot obtain the desired behavior.
I have defined a contentTemplate and on MouseOver I have an animation that modify GlobalOffsetZ.
But this is not good since I have two lines defined because one of them is left behind.
Does anyone have any idea to create an outline line with this behavior?
