Dear Gurus!
The task is:
1. After clicking the desired location on the map the desired symbol should appear on it.
It is desirable that position of the symbol could be correct with the mouse.
2. After that it should appear new feature in the corresponding layer.
Feature layer is in sql server geodatabase.
If there is exist some feature - how I can correct its position?
