How can i fetch attribute data from my own arcgis server data file(.mxd)

Hi All

i am trying to create feature data form from scratch . i have downloaded ESRI silverlight toolkit from codeplex.com for reference . i have to fetch attribute data from my own arcgis server(from city layer) as i seen in sample application whenever user click on any point then it enables feature data form and retrieve data related with that point .
so how can i do this . i saw downloaded code . but i am unable to find data retrieval part . or i did not get ... please help .....
