esriToolkit:Toolbar Mouseover Effect

I would like to disable the mouseover effect on the esriToolkit toolbar. I have tried everyting but still no luck. Any help will be much appreciated.

Don't use the toolbar. Simply use a set of buttons/images in a stackpanel. Thats really all the toolbar is, apart from the added animation.
