I've installed the v2.0RC SDK, and trying to get the Feature Data Form to pop up when I add a new point. I'm unable to get this to display automatically, I have to choose the form in the toolbox then select the point I want to edit attributes of. How do I get the form to automatically display. I have set ShowAttributesOnAdd="True". Also, are there any examples of customizing the feature data form, as I may not want every item to be editable.
