Editor Widget (Add new feature)

I have added an editor Editor Widget to my silverlight application. Now I can update and delete current features and updates attributes, but I can not create a new features!!.
The add new feature button is not visible in Editor Widget
Please help me.

Did you add any templates to your feature service layer? (this is part of creating the map and publishing it to the server)

Are you not seeing the template picker, like in the sample here right above the toolbar?

I cannot see the template picker is the editor widget toolbar.

I don't know how to create a template for my feature service layer 😞
