create animation

hi,
i want to create some animation of some objects like : border, rectangle, expander....
any help please !

You can look at this SDK sample, http://help.arcgis.com/en/webapi/silverlight/samples/start.htm#CustomSymbols. In XAML, notice that symbol template include VisualStates.
