Can we built a template using Silverlight Application with configuration parameters and upload into ArcGIS Online . If it is possible , can you please direct me how to built the template , how can we listen to the configuration parameters set in arcgis online in Silverlight . I got a reply from one of the ESRI folk that I have to use the app id to get the parameters . Can any one shed some light on it
