All,
I'm trying to display a dynamic layer over a Bing basemap layer. The dynamic features display, but they're all rendered at 0,0.
An ESRI sample layer displays just fine, so I think it's a problem with how I created the service from my .mxd, but I can't figure out what it is.
Has anyone experienced similar issues?
