I am attempting to use the Attribute Query template provided by ESRI. I can get it to work for local polgyon data we have. However, when I attempt to apply the same query to point data it does not work.
Well I should say the query works, however when I choose a record it is not displaying the data.
I figured this had to do with graphic type I am telling the query to use when it displays the results. So I changed the graphics type from SimpleFillSymbol to SimplerMarkerSymbol, however the after I run the query, the point data is still showing not displaying.
Has anyone applied the Attribute Query data to point data? And had it worked. If so, can you explain what changes you had to make in regards to the graphic you used.
