Hi All,
One question.
May I use ArcGIS API for Microsoft Silverlight/WPF in commercial product? Is it against ESRI license agreement?

Thanks,
Zeljko

Just one more note.
At this moment I am using this API only for Open Street Map.

Yes you can use it in a commercial product, but note that the license agreement treats these at two different cases and there may be a fee involved depending on your setup etc. I suggest you talk to your regional Esri office regarding the license agreement.

After many months, finally I got an ansewer about pricing for ArcGIS API for Silverlight in commercial products.
Bad news for you guys.....You have to purchase ArcGIS server or MapIt in order to use the API on commerial applications.
Then, I can tell you this: The information presented here is very missleading:
http://www.esri.com/software/arcgis/web-mapping/pricing.html
Based on the information presented on this page I assumed that I can buy the API without ArcGIS Server or MapIt....but I guess I was wrong.

Oh well, then the BING Maps API looks very attractive to me now....:)

Good job ESRI!
